Divergence alone is not going to work.1 - It occurs all the time. And its only indicating end of current move. Not a reversal. Instead, mostly, price goes into a flat move after divergence. And continues in the old direction.2 - Divergence is not necessary for trend reversal. Most reversals happen without Divergence.3 - You may win some divergence trades. But will lose it all to other times when it does not work.

Great performance this month! I also felt a bit safer this time around. It seems trader has multiplied gains and is constantly working on limiting the DD.Hope to invest more in near future.

Thats right. And, many, if not most of the successful systems, are with non-regulated brokers. Wonder why?

@CuongVCIt seems the error may have been on FXChoice's part. Its true that the margin had become very low, but trader was still above the close-out level.Still, FXC closed all trades and wiped off the account.Later, @CuongVC worked hard with FXC, and they credited the money back into client accounts.I really appreciate Trader's efforts. And still stick with his system.

@CuongVC Yes. It seems the error may have been on FXChoice's part. And all trades closed out.Its very relieving that my balance is back to 100%. I do hope this credit is permanent.Thanks a lot for your help, @CuongVC .

Also we dont see anything in Acct History thats causing this 25K credit.So this may not be permanent. We'll check with FXC.

My account was $25K and went to -700.If you were suggesting that I should set a max DD - I cannot do that in a MAM as follower. I can probably come and close positions manually - but my experience has been some times the trades turn around, after client decides to take a loss. So the trick question is, what is the cutoff DD? So I just let the EA do what it does.We are now seeing that FXC has put the money back and brought it back to 25K for me.But we are not sure if its permanent. More to follow.

There's now a global directive happening as I write this - that all overseas clients - that is non-EU and non-UK clients, have to be on-boarded at offshore entities now.This means, that if you are a client from Asia, opening an account with FCA or ASIC broker, they have to onboard you on a offshore destination. Like Bermuda, or Seychelles.This... is a complete wow.The first thing I felt after reading this is whats the security of trader's funds now, at these offshore destinations. Like zero!

FX Choice is actually one of the few brokers (rare now) that allow US Residents.So it makes sense to open one MAM with them for US clients.But the TickMill MAM could easily be done with a major UK or Australian regulator - and not with Offshore Seychelles.
