I have just spoken to admin on skype and there have confirmed there are still ongoing problems following on from November's issues.....the explanation I got for the disparity in trades in Dec/Jan was "They are being copied properly however due to the very slight difference in prices on entry there are times when the stop loss is triggered on the managed account but not on the live account"Seems a very big "slight difference". -18% in Dec (Start $1587 end $1308) compared to Myfxbook Dec -0.66% and -6% so far in Jan (start $1308 20th Jan $1231) compared to Myfxbook +0.64%...

I have done a quick approximate review of my FXCBS acc versus the live 10/30 account using my monthly/daily statements from FXCBS, fortunately for ease my FXCBS acc also began on the 11th November.....these are my results up until today.... Versus the live page there is a big difference every month I know there were problems copying trades in Nov....but it seems I am still having quite a big difference to the myfxbook results..Live page Nov (from 11th) +33.71% Dec -0.66% Jan to date + 0.64FXCBS Acc Nov (from 11th) +1.5% Dec -18% J...

Hi Peter, as per my last post 29th Dec, on the other Alon page which is not in use now...."I am still none the clearer as to why there are 4 losing trades and 4 winning ones on the live account for the 23rd December versus 8 losing trades on the FXCBS/my account? Clearly they are not running the same trades......Can you please explain what is happening......and if it will be rectified.....as it is quite confusing."Could you please explain what happened is happening now etc with regards to the above.ThanksSophie

Thanks Peter for clarifying the issue of not having stopped trading up to and over xmas, I was also under the impression that things would quieten down on your trades over this period due to the increased volatility, it sounds from what you are saying 'Obviously, in hindsight it was a mistake to let the system run on the week leading to Christmas' that the system is a robot, is that correct? My FXCBS account only shows 2 (losing) trades for the 28th Dec but the live account shows 12 trades (6 losing and 6 winning), same 3 losing trades on the 24th, 8 losing trades and 1 winning on the 23rd compared to the 4 losing and 4 winning on the live account...... I agree this is the most concerning aspect, that these figures are different and it seems worse than the live account, which I believe we are supposed to be duplicating, so something seems to be up. There also seems to be quite a time lag on some of the opening/closing times between the live and FXCBS acc. Looking forward to some n...

What caused this?It was going well up until 22nd Dec, increase of 28% from 12th Nov, then on 23/24th it has dropped back to just over 10% below my initial investment. Obviously there are risks with Forex but I would like to understand what happened.I would also like to know why trading was still happening so close to christmas isn't it know to be much more volatile then? If trading had stopped on the 22nd all those losses wouldn't have happened.
