Anyone can look back at this kind of day and see how much they could have made. I doubt if yor EA was intended to work well in a market where every news story triggers violent moves. I would rather stand aside than try to guess right about every story off the news wires.

We've all done it Wayne. A 10% loss in this business is no big deal. What is the bigger deal is the lack of consistency in your strategy. You have posted on this board your intention to change your approach several times in just a week or so. It is hard to expect clients to have confidence in your strategy when it appears you do not. You'll get there. I'll be back.

I think you may have been a bit too anxious to make a good showing in the first few days in the managed account. The last two weeks of the year is a tough time for trading .... fake breakouts etc. I'm sure you will be in positive territory soon enough if you just wait for your EA do what you built it to do.

Obviously, you understand your EA's logic better than anyone. However, I'd be cautious about changing a feature just because it kept you out of a couple of winning trades. Maybe it has kept you out of a lot more losing trades.... Just a thought.

Hey Primeval. lighten up. You guys all spam all over each others pages. You are one of the few that is showing verified real money results. Most people will figure out who is real and who is BS. That gritty attitude probably scares off some potential customers. Afraid if they ask a dumb question they will get their head bitten off.

The reason is obvious. There are only 2 possibilities. 1) He knows that his product is a loser and doesn't want to lose his own money and so he does not use it on real money account...or 2) He has used it on real money account and does not not show the result here because it is disastrous.

It is clear that the EA is not going to work on IBFX with minimum lots set to .01, and the vendor has offered nothing to correct this. I ( same as the guy selling this EA ) am unwilling to risk more than a couple hundred in real money on this EA, so I'll be shutting this account down. It has been running a week now with lot size of .01, and made no trades. I think that probably other settings need to change to accomodate the .01 lot size. I will leave them at default unless the vendor says otherwise, since he is already inclined to blame my settings every time the EA performs badly.

As you very well know, I am using the EA exactly as you instructed. I have sent you screenshots of all settings and you have been unable to find fault with any of them. I'm sure you must have many happy customers, because you say so. And if there is one thing you and I know , it is that you don't ever LIE. Right?
