The USDJPY completes a breakout and pullback pattern on the daily chart around the 200 day EMA on the 111.74 level. Right now the pair drops to the 111.00 zone, which could act as support. A breakdown below the 111.00 level could clear the road for the USDJPY to drop to the 109.54 level.

The USDJPY breaks below the 200 day EMA at the 111.74 level to fall very close to the 111.00 level. The pair is currently at the 111.38 level, but it may continue falling, especially when the 55 day EMA has alreday changed direction to the downside, indicating a possible trend change.

The EURUSD is at a poing from where it may go in any direction. The 55 day EMA has been acting as a good support, but a better support is at the 1.1700 level. A break below the 1.1700 level will take the pair to the bearish channel on the daily chart, with a good support at the 200 day EMA around the 1.1500 level. To the upside, above the 1.1800 level, its next resistance could be the 1.1900 level.

The USDJPY came very close to the 200 day EMA but it did reach the 112.00 level from where it bounces to the upside, now the 55 day EMA at the 112.75 level may act as resistance. The pair may stay boxed between those two levels.

The 55 day EMA on the USDJPY has been holding the price nicely and despite the current correction, the pair keeps its bullish trend. Therefore, we could see a visit to the 114.00 level, but a breakdown of the 55 day EMA could take the pair to the lows that it made around the 112.00 zone.

The EURUSD is consolidating below the 1.1700 level, but it may try to break below the 1.1600 level if the US jobs report is robust. The pair may fall to the 1.1500 level, around the 200 day EMA.

The USDCAD is consolidating around the 200 day EMA on the 1.2819 level after the strong rally that it had last week. From the current level, the pair may go in any direction, but if it continues higher, it may reach the 1.3000 level. To the downside, the 1.2563 level is its most relevant support zone.

Good drop on the USDJPY as the Yen gains ground versus its main counter parts. The USDJPY is still consolidating between the 113.00 level and the 112.00 level, there is no clear trend until it confirms a real breakout of any of those two levels.

The EURUSD has found some support at the 1.1700 level, but there is no clear direction on the daily chart. In order for the pair to go back to its bullish trend it must break above the 1.1900 level. On the other hand, a breakdown of the 1.1700 level could open the way for a drop to the 1.1600 or 1.1400 level where we can find the 200 day EMA.

Gold failed on its attempt to go back above the 1300 level and drops below the 55 day EMA. The drop may continue towards the 200 day EMA around the 1263 level.

Looks like the GBPUSD has formed what it appears to be a bullish flag on the daily chart. The price action during the consolidation has been very volatile and the pair may head in any direction. In order for the bullish trend to stay on, the price must break above the 1.3600 level and to see a bearish reversal, the price must break below the 1.3300 level.

Traders are really waiting to see what Draghi and Yellen have to say on Friday at the Jackson Hole meeting before taking any sides. That is why the EURUSD is still consoldiating around the 1.1800 level and the 1.1700 level. The pair goes back up to the 1.1800 zone, but it has not taken a clear direction.
