agreed I never follow demo or cent accounts. It shows a lack of the provider risking his own funds, completely different emotions / mindset / discipline required when trading larger your own funds. I trade 6 figure accounts, never had issues with slippage accept if at major news time. If you are regularly getting bad slippage change broker... don't move to cent account haha. good luck Elena, I really hope you can keep up the performance. cheers

good luck martingale / grid strategies like this one are dangerous (telltale sign with negative pips but positive profits), never seen one live more than 24 months before blowing account.

yes I am sure we have all blown accounts in the past, what's impressive is the massive returns since with low drawdown. I suspect he's trading very different now to when he blew account. total withdrawals more than deposits, so he's in front overall...

Hi, a few questions is there a SL set Ho is lot size determined I notice some trades 0,05 lots others at 0,10 lots? did you manually adjust risk or is it a percentage of % by the EA? just trying to work out how lot sizing is worked out. thanks. looks good.

this account makes no sense, the abs gain is 0%, the balance is $6K odd and initial deposit is $5K (welcome bonus), yet return is saying over 76,000%?

I don't see any martingale elements in this account, as explained in previous post. But yes I do see he has some trades for between 0,05 and 0,20 lots which looking at them all seem to be lower duration scalping trades (I would assume made when in front of screen, none are left open long). Let's see if he can keep drawdown under 30%. Also not sure what SLs are used, perhaps the vendor can weigh in here?Also I did custom analysis of all trades and excluded any trades over 0.04 lots, still see a return of 67% monthly for 28% drawdown total return 178%. then I did analysis of all trad...

the above example isn't necessarily martingale. Different lot sizes doesn't automatically mean martingale. Typically you will see a losing trade say 0.01 lot size loses the trade, then you will see a 0.02 lot size trade open, if it loses, you then see a 0.04 lot size open, if it loses you see a 0.08 lot size open, if it loses you see 0.16 lot size trade open etc...Or you can see 0.01, trade goes against (but not closed), another trade of 0.02 opened (trade goes against), another 0.04 trade opened (trade goes in right direction) and all trades closed simultaneously. the trades on audnzd were 0.02 0.06, 0.12 etc, these were sells indicated in the picture I attached with the red lines, as price was rising you were selling, trading against trend and increasing lot sizes and number of trades then closing them all out together. This works in practice unless the trend continues and you run out of margin as you continue to increase lot sizes. I have seen too many systems like this fail.
