Hey guys, thought to set up a feedback and commentary thread relating to IC Markets.Comments, complaints, concerns, compliments, commendations, put em all here. Also, do you manually intervene? So far, so good, but I really don't trust the accuracy of bucketshop broker feeds such as Alpari's which probably explains most trade discrepancies. Why doesn't the Wall Street team diversify their broker set to include more reputable ECN ones that don't act as counterparty to their clients?

Hi Jens,I'm sorry to hear that, and I hope these difficulties resolve for you soon.My account is doing well so far as is the vendor's (who is using doubled risk) on ICM. I'm personally trading only 9 of the 12 pairs as all backtests and virtually every forward test I've yet seen indicate materially superior performance with these settings as opposed to the defaults. Oh nevermind, was just informed by support that this was a news event (Bernanke's speech) everyone running this EA was warned about by FRP's team; they were to deactivate the scalping strategies on all currencies.

I noticed there is a gap from July 7th to July 11th in 2013. Is this manual intervention due to news?Several other real accounts running Forex Real Profit (like Forex Razor's forward test) seem to feature the same gap or a similar one.

Has some of the best if not very the best spreads of all the retail Forex brokers. Some slippage lately due to server overloads as it's been a victim of its own success, but upgrades in early April/late March promise to address this issue.

Froze my accounts too, _including the deposit_, after several months of profitable trading over completely bogus assertions of 'suspicious trading and in particular usage of internet and connectivity delays in order to take advantage of arbitrage'. It is a complete and utter lie. In otherwords, what likely happened is that they bet against me as a counterparty, lost, and don't want to pay up. Hmm. I don't suppose anyone has done a 13 year high quality backtest, or a Dukascopy tick backtest with both the default and Radecek's settings? Definitely important for assessing its long term viability.
