You can try to manage your trades and stay a bit away from slippage. There are many reasons why slippage happens so be very careful.

The difference between the low and high point of your trading account will be called drawdown. You can take a course or read about the basics on some website. Familiarise yourself with the terminology as that will help you better.

I don’t know if there is a thing as guaranteed profits and that too every month. I usually don’t believe anyone who says that so I can’t say if this is viable or legit. You can try checking the credentials and be careful.
