Excellent. So the EA you have places a reverse order for double the size once your sl is hit? Is that correct?
Is compounding necessary?

Benny it was I who said that. Yet. I'll repeat it again! If you have a pamm manager. In which he requires a deposit of say 5k. If he was to gain 50% profit. Which would have your account at 7500 usd. He doesn't have to compound, nor would he have had to had compound in order to have gained your 50% profit.Compounding is when you use profits in order to gain more! If i use the same lot size over and over again, then I would never be compounding. In the case of a PAMM manager it depends on the risk he feels like taking.

I'm short here 1 dollar a lot. If we closed under that 124.04 we will ride all the way to the pivot mentioned.

Now if i was going to martingale this. I would wager 4 dollars a lot at 124.109 and set that as a sl for this short order. If the pending buy is activated set a pending sell at the original entry (124.053) for maybe 10 dollars a lot and ride the massive ride down.

What I will do is give you the following. Look at the white lines. Inbetween the white lines are NON-ACCUMULATION zones. Throughout the sessions to follow. Notice how the price acts when these levels are crosses, and recrossed :) Please mark them on your chart now.

Here is a tip for you . Set a pending sell at 124.07 stop loss 6 pips. If your pending sell is activated. If a red candle closes inside that 124.04 to 124.01 it will go all the way down to 123.79 before you sl is hit!

Correct. Look at my first 2 losses. I have wagered on the long position. Only to have loss on them. Had I martingale the position in the opposite direction. My profit so far today would of been over 20% Yet, I took positions with a bias manner on the long side. On the third wager, I was able to earn every single cent back with the move up. My pip draw down on that last move was about 3 pips. I prefer the EUR/JPY pair, only because the reversals are extremely sharp. Made back the first two losses on the third trade. :) Draw down in pips on this third order was about 3 pips.

Price went as low as 124.12 before hitting the stop loss of 10. :)

Bishop. Look at the accuracy of this position which I have open right now. Its only 1 dollar per pip. Yet, I have not been in red more then the spread since the start of the position.
