Hi,the fact that the hedge protection didnt work on demo was because of the internet disconnection on that server. exact same trade was generated on real account and was successful.Please let me know if you have any questions.Mike

Hi, the backtested version was alot more conservative. the version we run is more aggressive. Aggressiveness of the EA can be controlled through the external parameters of the EA.

Also I should mention than backtest can be easily manipulated but live account cannot.

we dont recommand to keep the hedge protection running all the time. only when you feel market is very unstable.

1: Any timeframe works. doesnt matter.2: EA always does money management. we can do customized version for clients who want fix lot size.

hedging is not the death of scalping. it saves the day when things go wrong, and of course in trading things can go wrong alot. so thats when hedging trade jumps in trying to save the day. Also it doesnt happen too often. may be once or twice a month.Please let me know if you have any questions.Mike

that number is not correct. Myfxbook is showing the amount for the worst trade. but that trade has been open along with a hedge trade which you can see that trade right after the 90% trade. so the drawdown of the account has not been more than 30%.Please let me know if you need more clarification.

No, we don't want The EA to bounce between the main trade and hedge trade. if we don't see a major uncertainty we would not turn it on.

This system is not scalping. It is simply range trading and it closes some trades every once in a while once it hits a little profit.I can explain to you how a scalping system works if you are not familiar.
