Yeah, it can be said that debt is a fat tail, LOL. The fattest tails of all. In any case to manage fat tails there must be some self control in such situations which Mr. Zero lacks. The guy thinks he is a genius and genius kinda must be always right. Not a good foundation to cut fat tails.

Grim, by solvable you mentioned the problem of fat tails or of increasing debt limit, 😁Sometimes there is break down in communication and it's hard to get to what post you are replying.

Wow, Mr.Zero has transferred $800 more to avoid getting MC. He thinks his math can solve this chaos which is human soul. How smart. I wonder, if he is managing more funds will he be able to safe his ass by transferring more and more funds to avoid MC ? Or he might reverse to a la Madoff Ponzi scheme. I truly enjoy him "trading". Every time same story. Fat tail brings Mr.Zero's spaceship back to Earth in hard crash. I guess Zero should heed my advice and engage in cryogenic project.

Ah, Bruce? How are things?You can click on Chikot and check my account balance and everything. $1094 deposited. Monthly goal is 5%. I was doing better than that. Finished month with about 3.5% in 7 trading days in 2 weeks. I have been averaging 8-9% since February but my goal is still 5%.

Regarding oil is hard to say what will happen. The best idea is to wait when price action shows where it is going.

By crazy I meant what is going in USA House/ Senate, lol. I am simply not versed in hedging or longer term trading. By nature I am a short term trader.

pip wise results are good. Return is more the subject of higher leverage. Nice trading. But I seriously doubt you are 12 years old. 30 pips trade risk is more than 2% and 40 pips is more than 3%. so, return is a more a result of taking higher risk (not good) and having more winners (good).Obviously it has to do with small amount you are trading.

That's crazy. I opened this account to trade oil not to hedge it as I simply have no idea how to hedge and I have not been trading currencies for quite some time and just not watching them anymore. I am intraday trader. it would also not be good for my track record as I have no idea how it is done so it might cause some bad things on my account. I am not worried about few percentages drop but about real meltdown where USD goes to nothing. Regarding oil, if US defaults oil most surely will drop. Default means damage to economy not only of USA but worldwide, which in turn means reduced consu...

Grim, so you are out of the jungle? Done yet? When are you going to resume trading?Regarding Zero, it is hopeless. Not only he is a sociopath, he is plainly dumb. After 8 years of trying he hits same wall again and again. He might get out of this DD yet but the fact is he is in there already with fat tail of 30% of his account. I have no idea what you are doing to control those fat tail but as I am unable to do same things I just cut losses shot.

It looks like Mr.ZZZZero is going nuts yet again. Nice little unrealized DD of around 30%. Blocked probably the only persons who were interested to say something good to him. Bruce and this crazzycow. I guess he deduced that crazzycow is Bruce but he did not sound like one. Anyway, I guess having this DD makes mr.Zero a little bit touchy. I suggest next project must be cryogenics. Kind of Futurama thing.

I closed all everything at 95.50. it dropped more though. target was this congestion from previous few days ago. it actually hold. dowspike towards 95.00. I actually targeted it but decided to closed at 99.50. I believe move toward 95.00 was just stop hunting I believe now price is back above 96.00. so, the level hold.

support/ resistance, trend lines, pivot point and S1, momentum, overall picture and gut feeling. My working chart looks like spider web. Overall mood was bearish.

caught this one. unfortunately on demo only. I myself never trade live on Fridays. Especially after reading Market Wizards where one of them calculated that statistically his worst days were Fridays, so, he stopped trading Fridays. I think it is wise.

Lol, I traded demo. unfortunately. more than 120 pips for today. closed everything just few seconds before it really tanked.But it is ok, I also tend to have bad Fridays this is why i stopped before this Friday. Who knows when such moves happens, although after I saw this slow creeping movements towards yesterday's low I knew something was afoot.
