BL2 and BL4 were being traded with a few experimental variables set at the request of the customer - against my recommendation. This is why they experienced more of a loss on the most recent drawdown than the other accounts. The experimental variables have now been disabled - again at the request of the customer.

They're difficult to deal with - like most brokers. But I can trade and have made withdrawals with no problem. It just takes time to get anything done... which sucks if you're impatient.

Not at all. The new accounts are with the same broker. The reason for the switch is personal and has nothing to do with the trading.
