All,Just so you know, vendors account already exceeded 30% equity loss..High today for GU was 1.5928 if you allow 3 pips difference and say vendor high was 1.5925 this still equates to 30.2% of the balance, excluding the negative swap.Performance has been good, but obviously it is going to be hard to trust the vendor if they are not honest about such simple things.Also makes you wonder, why after this time they have still not put up the full 2 year back test or 10 year with no gaps. It would be helpful if you gave some indication as to what kind of stops are being used (without giving away the whole strategy).. In all honesty the initial performance was great, however it seems the strategy is hold and hope.. Draw down is now 30% of current balance..As much as the wins look good, I would be hesitant to spend $500, without further knowledge on what I am learning.. Considering the current draw down we are seeing.

Hi Steinitz,I think you misunderstood what I was asking.I was not indicating that you were about to be wiped out.My concern was why this trade was being allowed to sit in draw down for so long. Maybe as the others went to TP so quickly the stops on trades were not obvious. What risk is being taken per trade I guess is what I was trying to get at.I.e. currently you are 17% down on this one trade (maybe it is now more then 1 trade), yet when it was opened your balance was not as it is now, so based on when it was opened the draw down I think would be more like 23%. My question is what kind of...

What is happening with the draw down?It seems it is at 40%, I think of original deposit?Considering you closed 1 trade at -8 pips, why is this one being allowed to run like this?

Yep.. I have queried with them and they are claiming this is a real spike, I think. I basically got a bog standard answer explaining how ECN platform works.I have several other platforms and not one has anything of the sort, including other ECN platforms.Normally when only one broker has such a spike, it is due to a data feed error..

Thanks for the apology.Hope everything goes well with the testing, will be waiting patiently for next update even if you need to take a little longer to finalise. Better to get it right 1st time rather then have to hastily release a fix a few days later. :)

Apart from one duplicated trade with Copypaste (which unfortunately closed for a loss), I am happy with the results. Not been impressed with all the entries, but not to bad.Support so far has proved to be extremely slow. I will also give it until end of the month, if results continue I may keep in spite of poor support. If results are only so so, I will request a refund.

Growthbot yes. It would be even better, but I was messing around with some settings and had it off for the last few days (right now it would have given me approx 50-100 pips realised profit and approx 300 floating pips profit, since I turned it off) :(Photon, is not doing so well at the moment. It took a heavy loss on U/CAD (I think) and it is still recovering. Looks like it may need quite a few really good days to counter 1 bad.. Will give it until end of Feb before choosing whether to continue.So far I have been happy with most EAs except forForexOverdrive - Didnt realise the stoploss wa...

No EA. I also trade manually sometimes following a scalping trade room. Unfortunately I decided to go in real heavy on a call that went very wrong very quickly (they normally have a high hit rate), it was unfortunate that call went like that, however it was a valuable lesson for me.
