It was originally 8 am, and the countdown on myfxbook ended at 8 am EST just like it was originally. FXCM changed the start time.

Why can't I place any trades in the new order window or see the one click buy/sell buttons? my account is still deactivated! I even tried re-signing in, closing and reopening MT4, but no luck.

well it was coded last week, and it's a continuing work in progress right now, so i think i'm good for a while :P but i want to automate it as much as possible with little to no intervention. we'll see how close i can get to that.

well, you know the big bull move that GBP/JPY made that was 50,000+ pips? what about XAG/USD back in 2011? economic conditions change market sentiment too. that's why i have started focusing on building an EA that trades strictly off of price action and volume. it uses no indicators, and is not adjusted for fundamentals. based on my experience, by following the institutional money flow in the markets, i can get the most consistency out of trading. but just for extreme things like i first mentioned with the yen and silver, if you get caught in a bull market, you can buy anytime and make mon...

but those rules have to change when the market changes... part of what makes a good trader is knowing how to adapt to the ever evolving market... robots are great - here's one i''m working on today http://www.myfxbook.com/strategies/lcg-vivace-hft-scalper/68861but more than likely i will have to make adjustments to it as market sentiment changes.

also, i'm not sure how consistent you can get with a bot - if a bot can make a lot of money, it probably has to be adjusted a lot. if you look at my profile, i'm working on some bots right now. but i always believe that manual trading is the best.

I don't have the live statement anymore, but I was first demoing the strategy, and here it is. It says Real on the top, but it was a demo. the problem is that you can make big money fast with high leverage, but if you margin out, you blow it very fast too.FYI, I also trade penny stocks. I turned $288 into $300,000+ in 8 months, all verified trades. and here is my proof: http://profit.ly/user/AndyLI also alert all my trades in the chatroom at socialtrader.me, and there are lots of other good traders there too, so you can see first hand that it's not BS.for me, penny stocks are much easi...

i went from $200 to $600 in 3 days before on a handful of trades... then i margined out lol
