Looks excellent! Am I correct in thinking it only works for published systems? I can't seem to get it to work for my private ones.

I take it you are manually trading? With automated trading you can split out by Magic Number as in this account here.http://www.myfxbook.com/members/stevetrade/frwc-fusion-v-alpari/17763With manual trading I'm not sure it's currently possible, they would have to start adding the ability to split by the comment field on orders in MT4.

Beadelta, Did you get no trades with the robot on Alpari?Or did Alpari stop you using the robot?If it's the former then it's just possible that you had some other issues such as network latency which would contribute to an arbitrage robot failing. I readily accept that there are a lot of brokers that would not allow this type of trading, however there are also a lot of brokers that would not have a problem with it. I can see that opinion. However there is a mix of systems on here. There are systems that are used to promote business interests and those that are used to just promote personal skill. The former has no reason to hide their brokers, I can see why the latter might want to keep it private.Maybe introduce a flag to indicate whether a system is for business promotion purposes or not and then have certain elements that cannot be hidden for these business promotion systems? There are a few examples on the site at the moment where the broker details are being questioned with regards to some of the accounts that are offering professional services.Personally I see no reason to hide the broker you trade with and would suggest that Broker is made unhideable on accounts. This would help users to make informed judgements about systems.

Okay, well the owner of this account says that he is trading with Alpari. Unless he's prepared to remove the protection on that we have to take him at his word. I think Dominic is pretty transparent on his website with regards to how the robot works and the fact that it's going to be very broker dependent makes sense given it's workings. That's easy, click custom analysis, select all and then analyse.Most people have a reason for restricting the history. Sometimes it's legitimate.

You can see if the system has big drawdowns by watching the equity balance in the summary box at the top.

A great idea, however I'm not sure how much use it would be, what with hedging and grid based strategies running on this site it could actually provide very misleading information. Maybe there would need to be a tick box on each account "Include in market sentiment widget" so people can opt there trades out of it.

I'll agree with Randy, quite often the simplest ideas make the best robots and it's not hard to "decompile" from a trade history. Hiding trade history is acceptable in my opinion. Equity always shows if there is massive drawdown on open trades and the summaries give you an idea of pip counts, trade counts etc.

Sounds good Randy.Cast Iron Man is my own self developed robot, not been too hot over the last few months but he's definitely a long term prospect as he is live trading almost exactly as he backtests and the backtests are good. He's not available in the shops, only available via Tradency.
