Well + fully verified account at well known broker+ nice profit+ reasonable DD+ seems NOT to be martingale- I tried really hard but do not see negative perhaps hidden history.

winning percentage is actually what should make you worry.if there are only profitable trades and no stop losseswhat will happen with sudden market change? All these open trades will change into unprofitable.So in coming months we will not see 13% open DD like now but 50-60%

@BluePanther It is the other way around. have a trading plan, follow it precisely.If you do not follow rules you are not trading but gambling. And your result does correspond to gambling- losing for years and then you made a fortune on few trades.It is good you had success with your approach but please do not recommend it to anyone else as people here do not have IMHO time and wealth to lose money for years.I am trying to say while you could afford to be in loss for years nobody else could do so.

Guys,you need to separate 2 terms1. account leverage 1:1 - 1:3000. Even with account of 1:3000 you can trade safely - not overtradings, limiting risk by using SL.2. used leverage - if you overtrade your positions you will lose regardless the leverage of the account, though on low leverage it will be slower.Cons - with lower leverage you make less profit, you can't make profit

I am trading on both platformsMT5 advantage is functional and precise backtesting at which area MT4 simply sucks.MT5 disadvantage is completely different programming language, so there are not so many tools as for mt4
