Hi Suhaila ...As long as you got nice curve shape with too low profit and DD% ... I guess you have to make lot size much bigger to take benefit of passing time if you did on forward test.Do you have any forward tests?Thanks,Osama

Longs and shorts are completely separated. Even profit is calculated to each direction separately. That means there is no close all orders (longs and shorts) at any time. so, it looks like 2 EAs, each works in it's own direction.

Yes, 8% is little, but if the money owner is looking to the DD in $$$ but not in %%%, he will think differently specially in the big accounts. I can't rememebr how was the margin is, but it is still can handle more levels. I mean 25 pips/4 digits or 250pips/5 digits ... anway, the EA do that auto.

As a compensation to that, I use now 25k account with 25 pips. By the way, few months ago, I run the same EA with different settings and on 3 pairs ... the DD was almost 46% which is too high for me ... I believe settings was the problem and also using 3 pairs will exponentially increase the DD.I believe, in the worst case, the DD could reach 15-20%. Hi Derk ...Because you don't know exactly how TP (retracement in pips) is taken, you are right to think like that. As long as more lots are opened, the EA needs less pips to close all orders in that direction on profit. I know, this is obvious, but what I use here is really not. Hi forexpipcatcher ...No money management is used as using MM with such martinagle system will lead to exponentially increase in the DD due lot increment because of balance increment. This way, as much the account will make profit while keeping same lot size will lead to increasing the safety factor to make the account resist bigger DDs. Trader can increase the lot size slightly (manually) for every specific profit percentage, fore example, every 30-50% ...I use minimal lot size that will keep me save in the market, starting lot size I use is 0.1 lot. Lot exponent is 2 and Grid size is 25 pips...

The draw down till now never exceeds 0.51% of total equity. The expected profit ifor current month s 15.85%. Just extract the desired/files into scripts folder ... restart the MT4 platform ... once you need to use the script, just drag and drop on the chart, or quick double click ... that's all ... you will not have any pop up window or dialog box ...By the way ... the scripts will not work if the market is closed ... so, you need to wait till the market open.Good luck ...
