I asked Pepperstone regarding high exec times, there is the answer:"Please keep on testing in the coming week or two as we expect this to improve, and we do believe later last night there were further enhancements so if you do any live trading the execution times should be very fast"Week or two ?> Sounds like a joke to me...

They've been promising to us that situation would significantly improve, they knew how many MDP users traded with them and what kind of infrastructure was needed, run 1 week testing period..... all this sounds like a bullshit to me :(

I've got 2 accounts at Pepperstone, same MDP 1.2.0, same settings (default), same equity, same VPS (Silver Plan), latency 2 ms.Horrible times on both accounts:Account #1 = + 24 pips today Exec Time = 3817 msOpen Time = 6800Modify Time = 4100Account #2 = + 7 pipsExec Time = 4400 msOpen Time = 7100 msModify Time = 4200 ms

I wouldn't go for VPS recommended by broker either. For the same reasons I've described.

NEVER use VPS recommended by bot seller/developer. Developer takes a commission from each VPS plan, so they are not interested in how good MDP works but how much commission they get.My advise: I ask broker to reveal IP number, then a select potential VPS providers who have the closest location and select one. And remember, the cheapest VPS usually means the bad choice, processor's power is important

Today +13 pips, but unfortunately equity falls down. First transaction generated big loss and other transactions couldn't overlap it.I set up min lots at 0.6 and max lots on 2.0 lots, why MDP increases 2.0 lots significantly ?My settings are default, risk at 2%, version 1.2.0GUYS - PLEASE ADVISE - WHAT SHOULD I DO ? Hi guys,I did a test verifying exec time.I've got Pepperstone Razor account.I installed MDP on VPS located in Sydney, where ping time to Pepperstone is 2ms. MDP shows exec time 5960 ms.Then, I installed MDP on VPS located in New York, where ping time is 225 ms. And again, MDP shows exactly same value 5960 ms.What is going on ? Why exec time is the same while ping is different ? How to improve exec time ?
