The following is a testament to their "reasonable" customer service. "Excellent" CS would be if Mike had immediately and "enthusiastically" offered to replace Original with Ultimate, considering they are the same price with the current special.Thank you Mike, for taking a moment to understand my request. I am glad logic and goodwill prevailed over greed today (though from his response I felt I was asking for his kidney or something hard to part with...).

@Fxbringer Ultimate is on special for same price as Original, yet when I paid to buy, I got Original.You have not responded to my email request to send Ultimate.Please send me Ultimate.

@gftcfd : No, I have not, but sPhantom was impressive while it lasted. I was interested until it blew up!@vladrac : I have been using minimal risk of 0.01 on demo: 12/12 losers since I started. Screenshot attached. Very discouraging.6% total loss in less than a week. I would rather gain 6% TYVM!

Yes vlad, you certainly demonstrated that you know quite a bit about this EA and its strategy. Your insight has been most welcome and stating the facts.My posts have been very opinionated (as my emotions often dictate my responses). I "throw the towel in" if I don't see the results I want to see very quickly (as Profix observed, I am a quitter).The verdict is out for others to make up their own minds, but my mind is already made up. And I am still quitting!The evidence is in the results... so far not so good! For $600 ($200 x 3) plus recent losses, I honestly don't see this as anything BUT a scam. Yep, good idea.Let's see if this vendor (scam artist) honours the money back guarantee he promised.Folks, my experience has told me: if the EA costs money, it probably doesn't work. Hence, the vendor needs to make his losses back by selling his crap to unwitting buyers (like me).It is so easy to get suckered in with "good" results, but buyers really should not encourage this behaviour. Don't buy another EA again - especially if it is over $100.If the EA worked and already makes "heaps" of money, why would the vendor a) decide to sell it for money? b) even share ...

Guess the EA doesn't like trending markets?The biggest string of losses was nine at the end of March, but if you include the four before it (separated by one win) you are looking at thirteen losses in a row - and considering the percentage losses that adds up...Well, it certainly seemed to win more than it lost in the past, so there is no reason why its performance shouldn't improve. But so far, not so good.Jared, if you read this: there is room for improvement with your EA. Hope you can release an update to improve profitability!
