Hello, mates. Starting a new chapter in my story. It's going to be a fantastic year. The FOMC meeting has concluded. The rate was left unchanged. This is one of the most confusing meetings in a long time: lots of mixed comments. The only clear positive is that QT has slowed since 1 April.
I see a good idea to short gold with a target for a return to the $3000 level. Otherwise, it is not clear yet, we need to follow the dynamics of major instruments for a couple of days
Gold updated an all-time high and closed above $3050 per troy ounce. I still expect a correction to the $3,000 level and below as part of a global uptrend.
The only question is, what will be the trigger for this decline? Probably geopolitical positivity and local strengthening of the US dollar. What do you think?
