Good. If you are doing so and seeing what is being taught easily and it helps you to identify setups then it works well for you. It won't work for some and that's fine.

Withdrawal fees or trading fees? There are plenty that don't charge you to withdraw but not sure any let you trade for free.

The issue with most newcomers to forex is they want it all here and now and look for shortcuts where there are none. So yes I can understand the point about patience.

I can't think why you would't trade with one to be honest. When I enter a mate I want as much protection for my capital as possible. Why on earth would I leave all my capital exposed easily?

The size of your capital only impacts your ability to practice good risk management. After that your chances of success are the same regardless of account size.

Leverage is risky if you trade in a risky way. Leverage itself can be a good thing if you aren't a complete clown.

Trading of any kind is a probabilities game. But within that lies skill to stack the odds in your favour. When placing a bet on say sports randomly you are just accepting the odds you're given. Like flipping a coin (if given equal odds). With trading you are actively seeking an edge over the market so that long term you make money. Just as the bookie does with gamblers.

No they aren't a scam but they're very hard to complete and pass. The conditions you need to trade under once passed are often more lenient than they are to pass the tests themselves. But in my opinion if you can pass them they are a good short-medium term solution to pump up your own capital and then bin off the prop firm and trade for yourself.

I think that his stuff and other SMC material is well worth a look. That being said, just watching videos won't impact your trading alone. You need to practice a lot and refine your trading to get anywhere.

Risks are present in all life. They just have to be managed. Just as the risk of jumping out of a plane with and without a parachute are opposite ends of the spectrum, so too is kamikaze trading vs trading with strict risk management and a plan. Focus on mitigating risk as much as you can and let profits present themselves rather than chase profits at any risk.

It's not spot on yet but the more money that is coming into BTC the more it is behaving like currencies do. I think it is easier to try and trade BTC now than it was back in 2017/2018 even.

Blame the IG influencer for this. The successful trader doesn't look like a rapper with bling and loads of fast cars. Chances are they are asset rich and look fairly normal. But that's not sexy and doesn't sell crap courses.

I think this is a simplistic approach. Price is fractal. The same moves that occur on higher time frames occur on lower time frames. Some people have the time availability and mental capacity to work at greater speed and some need to rely on higher time frames. Of course success means potentially more profit on lower time frames but also quicker loss if you aren't successful. But to dismiss lower time frame strategies out of hand and blame it on brokers is short sighted in my opinion.

Tough one to call with the Russia situation likely to strengthen USD. From a technical perspective I think we look bullish on the daily now.
