The best part about turnkey forex is no other brokers can beat them with their low spread and commission. just imagine you spend usd3 to usd5 per lot eurusd on average. just WOW

my only complaint about tickmill is I dont get 0 spread as their mention in the opening account form. I can easily see raw core spread with 0 for main pair like eurusd jpyusd gbpusd with other ecn broker. I consider their spread is high on average and this is not good for prime broker like tickmill. I can mention few broker here that I can trade easily with 0 spread, but just leave it to tickmill to rectify this issue. after month of trading with them I never never see 0 spread on eurusd. prime broker should have better quote.

are you new to trading forex. You will not get the same price for your stop, this is normal. understand how the bid and offer work first before complaint :)

my advice to customers is avoid trading during off market hour. and opening 2 lots with 500 deposits is pure gamble. go directly with ecn account, you re directly connected to bank. good luck

I dont see any problem here for customer to open trades as long as the market still open. If you think that you are unable to hedge all customer positions because of low liquidity just temporary suspend all the trading activities. by allowing customers to trade at last minute also show that you are willing to take risk and not a customer to be blame. wonder if the gap going down and customer loss money, are you going to tell him you unable to hedge will pay back all the lost?

I sent docs to open an acc, someone call me ask to deposit usd5k, I told him I got no money and he said no point processing my application. stupid broker they just want your money. stay away
