These times are according to the broker server time which you can see on the mt4 chart while the EA is running. These are NOT your local time or VPS time.These times are set considering the broker server GMT offset as GMT+2 or GMT+3 which is used by most of the forex brokers so that the EA will trade only during early hours of the day. So you need to ask your broker what is their GMT offset and accordingly you can set the times. We want to update our existing fund management clients that we are resuming trading for high risk accounts from Monday instead of Tuesday.However, since there was a major loss last time and hence, until the recovery of the loss doesn't happen we will continue to use relatively lower risk % per trade as compared to actual risk % per trade and after the complete recovery of loss happens, we will restore it back to actual high risk.
