The first one you have posted is a real gem.As the ""owner"" and ""guardian"" of the new thread it will be your ""job"" to keep the ""bijou"" and fake gem sellers away as much as possible.Of course, you can count on me as your vigilant assistant, but only you'll have the power to keep them out by blocking the violators of the rules. (Unfortunately this thread has been polluted badly as many posters don't read the rules of Post #1 or simply don't care about them.)

@tormessI am glad that the info was useful.To answer your question about why to block other users: There are justified cases. Personally I block ignorant users like @TRADEFX2016 as one does not need to diverting arguments about basic Forex knowledge in the thread of his/her own strategy which would confuse users. (@TRADEFX2016 was clearly planning to do it in my personal threads but could not, which made him upset, so he came her to ""complain"" about being blocked by me.)It is better to clear up such general issues in a general forum like this with an old-fashioned "&...

@Nemefis What really counts is the Average Monthly Profit : Max. Drawdown Ratio. It is the modified CALMAR RATIO.If this ratio is above 1:1 the strategy qualifies for "very good" in my books. Anything above 2:1 ratio is "excellent" and strategies with ratios above 3:1 deserve to be called "miracles".So your startegy is "very good" based on this ratio (1.3 : 1 to be exact). My question: why keeping the lot sizes (and the absolute profits) so small with such a "very good" strategy...?

Interestingly the LOT SIZES of the LAST 12 TRADES - since November 18th - have INCREASED 10x in size compared to the ones traded previously.These 12 (pretty good) trades have contributed 80% to the total profits, i.e. $2072 out of the $2556 total gain.The only "issue" with these twelve trades is that these were ONLY 12 TRADES, and their results are STATISTICALLY insignificant, not to mention that the total history is only 6 weeks old.So anybody who buys the signals based on the nice total percentage gain, he/she really buys into the performance of the last 12 trades which were runnin...

Well, if nothing else has come out of the above heated discussion with that ignorant MyFxBook member, newcomers to MyFxBook might have learnt something new about how MyFxBook calculates Profits.Just to summarize: ABSOLUTE GAIN can change AND can be manipulated by adding or withdrawing funds.A simple example: If one had $100 profit on $100 deposit, it is obviously a 100% Absolute Gain (Return on Investment, ROI) and now the trader has $200 on his account.- If this trader withdrew $175 funds from his (now) $200 account, then the Absolute Gain would be calculated based on his $25 remaining balanc...

Xgavinc is right. Most non-FCA brokers do take the opposite trades, i.e. B-book their clients... Which makes sense as 95% of high-leveraged retail traders lose their deposits, so they can collect not only the commissions, spreads and swaps from them but they can get EVERYTHING. In other words: they act as a real casino.There is nothing wrong with B-booking itself until after most (or all?) B-booking brokers place their parasite ""virtual dealer plug-ins"" on their clients' accounts... Usually brokers wait 2-3 months and they launch the parasites only when their customer...

@TRADEFX2016 If you had taken your precious time to examine the trade history you should have seen that ALL trades were closed when funds were added to the account (to make even more profits for me)... In other words: how increasing the funds would save an account from blowing when there are absolutely no open trades...?Please educate me...

@TRADEFX2016 With each comment you just show how ignorant you are about MyFxBook statistics. I guess that is why you have absolutely no Vouches from other MyFxBook members. None... Zil... Nil... Zilch... Nix... Zero... (i.e. ""0"")1. You should know better that the EVER recorded maximum DD in MyFxBook statistics is not affected by adding or withdrawing funds.2. There is only one statistical number affected by adding or withdrawing funds, and it is the ABSOLUTE GAIN. Nothing else.Should you not believe it, please ask MyFxBook customer support to explain it to you in details.
