aw I see. yeah those are the comment strings from MDP. There are several decomplied version on a few forums out there. For free of course. however, whoever shares their copy, often changes some of the logic so it never works properly. Its like sharing a broken car. pretty pointless.

Attach the EA, and I'll check it out. I think I have ilan 1.4 - so many tweaked versions out there its' hard to tell who has what.

weird.... the graph on this account is not correct either. I lost 18.71%( DD recorded) in 1 day from the high of 24% - which leaves the account in profit, however, the graph shows - 18.71% on dec 12th, 2011

Aww i see. The graph isn't properly adjusted. I lost 5.4 pips which took the Balance gain from 16.5% to 16.17% Account was closed at 16.17% gain and not at the graphs value.

I closed the account at 16+% gain and not a loss. This EA is a simple Range bound strategy that can work on any pair, not only EURCHF. However, original design was " The Channel Surfer EA from Forex Verified " . Their account is at a 30%DD right now and they stopped their service. I followed their footsteps in the beginning but I've already changed the logic so much the statistics on this account need to be reset. As a result, I've seen when and where this EA can perform well, but I've also seen how inconsistent this strategy can be when applied 24.7. As far as your co...

I did a custom analysis from Nov 28th to now on your system and your Pip expectancy is (Expectancy: 8.1 Pips / $593.03) Based on last 32 trades. Which is also really good - however your losses were held for 8 days.

what is there to see in the trading history that you can't see in the duration chart? Yes Pip expectancy is 10pips which is very good

Hey Nick,I did see the words " Pip Markup" but I wasn't sure what broker that applied to. I saw the hotforex pamm and it's performance based I believe. I'm sure you're quite aware of by now, to avoid any managed account with a pip markup for the reason you mentioned above. What broker is your managed account at?

On june 29th their DD was over 30%, but quite aggressive returns overall.

They did really well in OCT , a few % in NOV and down a little in DEC. Overall, they're still doing good. Lets see how 2012 plays out for them.
