ah okay, well that's a relief.Yes we do seem to have different pip counts, however I'm guess we started it at different times which may have contributed to some of the differences. Also, it looks as though you are running a high risk 0.05 lots on that account size?Are you running the Straasha strategy on there?

Seems a little silly to offer it for sale seeing as you can get a refund after 30 days anyway. My guess is you are not being offered a genuine version of it.

I would imagine they "optimised" them with FXCM over a coffee during the meeting where FXCM agreed to sponsor the competition.

My main trading account is with Dukascopy, yes because they are ECN and have the best spreads and liquidity. I just bridge across from MT4 to that account to trade.2% in 2 days is good going. 1% per day compounded over one year gives you roughly a 1000% increase in equity. Providing the equity curve is relatively stable I'm happy with it so far.Of course they ratcheted up the risk on the live account for promotional purposes. Jason,I'm using the default settings except for lot size, which I've scaled up to match my account balance. I've also disabled Straasha as I don't like Martingale systems.I don't see any point in setting up individual trials for the top three as they are part of fusion, other than as a cross check. I would love to set up multiple scenarios, however I'm somewhat limited in my VPS resources. Didn't have it switched to public for magic number analysis. Should be able to do that now as well.LMD is similar to my own Cast Iron Man in that it doesn't win often but when it does it's worth it. I think over time it will prove to be successful.

I've bought with Plimus before and received refunds. As with pretty much anything, if you search hard enough you will find someone that's not happy with some part of the service that somebody offers. I'm only using the Fusion EA which is five of the strategies combined. I prefer to look on things as opportunities for me, not as attempts by other people to try and trick me out of my hard earned money. At the end of the day, it's simple either you can afford to spend $1000 and test the robot for 30 days while you take a look or you can't.Then over that period you either decide that the strategies are sound or that they aren't and you keep it or you refund it. It doesn't recommend using money management although it is in there. It recommends using 0.01 lots per $1000

I have the investor passwords, yes and I have checked the accounts and they are valid accounts.I've changed the lot size from 0.01 to 0.04 due to my deposit size and I've turned of the Strasha strategy as I don't want a Martingale strategy in there but other than that they are all defaults.

I haven't done any backtests. Backtests are published with all the robots where appropriate, although some of them are hard to backtest as they are multi currency or on 1 minute timeframes. I'm just going to forward test it for a while and if it's promising put it live on a small account.
