Looks excellent! Am I correct in thinking it only works for published systems? I can't seem to get it to work for my private ones.

I take it you are manually trading? With automated trading you can split out by Magic Number as in this account here.http://www.myfxbook.com/members/stevetrade/frwc-fusion-v-alpari/17763With manual trading I'm not sure it's currently possible, they would have to start adding the ability to split by the comment field on orders in MT4.

To be honest, I think I've reached the point where the discussion is closed. Facts have been presented and a dialogue opened that causes people to question there future actions, which is always a good thing. Opinions have been stated and they obviously differ as they so often do. This will likely only descend into a squabble and nobody likes that. I'd like to thank the Lion for the work he's put in to the thread and the other worthwhile contributors.

Beadelta, Did you get no trades with the robot on Alpari?Or did Alpari stop you using the robot? If it's the former then it's just possible that you had some other issues such as network latency which would contribute to an arbitrage robot failing. I readily accept that there are a lot of brokers that would not allow this type of trading, however there are also a lot of brokers that would not have a problem with it. For example check this post.http://forex-strategies-revealed.com/brokers-allowing-scalpingThis site implies that Alpari would have no problem with you using the EA ( in theo...

Sounds good Frank and I don't blame you for not wanting to spoil your future. I guess at the end of the day people will either take a chance with FXSalt or they won't. You can't really blame people for doing their due dilligence though.

That's rather different from what I said.Dukascopy - who I'm sure nobody would dispute are a reliable broker - they currently aren't regulated by FINMA, although they are in the process of filing for it.

I can see that opinion. However there is a mix of systems on here. There are systems that are used to promote business interests and those that are used to just promote personal skill. The former has no reason to hide their brokers, I can see why the latter might want to keep it private.Maybe introduce a flag to indicate whether a system is for business promotion purposes or not and then have certain elements that cannot be hidden for these business promotion systems? Eventually the convention will become that if your system is not flagged for business promotion then people will disregard it w...

I don't have a problem with unregulated brokers providing they are reliable. There are some good brokers out there who aren't regulated.I don't have a problem with what's been said with regards to the broker either. All I'm saying is that if Frank wants to lend weight to his point then the best way is to show us that he's using FXSalt and has had a withdrawal from them by linking his account here in MyFxBook and making it public. Anything else is unverified internet gossip really.

I was being slightly flippant, however the account hadn't made such preposterous returns at first.

There are a few examples on the site at the moment where the broker details are being questioned with regards to some of the accounts that are offering professional services.Personally I see no reason to hide the broker you trade with and would suggest that Broker is made unhideable on accounts. This would help users to make informed judgements about systems.

Okay, well the owner of this account says that he is trading with Alpari. Unless he's prepared to remove the protection on that we have to take him at his word. I think Dominic is pretty transparent on his website with regards to how the robot works and the fact that it's going to be very broker dependent makes sense given it's workings. Dominic also shows an account with 121 securities that has made a considerable return and had it's profits withdrawn. The owner of this account has withdrawn $12,000 already. So it seems evident that on some level the robot does work and has mo...

You can see if the system has big drawdowns by watching the equity balance in the summary box at the top.
