starting to sell gbpusd.checkout my chart - the green channels are still active, the red ones are dead.will sell the gbp at the next resistance.currently there are no set stops. as i believe the trend changed, we might still see the price going back to the ~1.66 levels. will see how it will progress, and will be ready to close it if i'll change my mind.it's the daily chart by the way.

i used to trade exactly with the same setup - s/r + rsi + divergence, but it seems that it only works well in ranging markets. in trending markets you have a 50% expectancy of being right.would love to see a chart or two of your trade setups though 😄 - maybe you utilize your system in a different way than i did.

yeah, i'm exactly in the same position like you.on one hand you don't want to trade since the condtions are not in your favour, but on the other you just want to keep trading to put your trading skills to the test.i think you have an excellent observation - currently only eur is going downwards while the rest of the currencies are almost not affected, so i think it is being manipulated while the liquidity is low.look at the chart i'm attaching:<img src=http://www.myfxbook.com/files/biz0101/eur...

eurusd already broke to the downside, but i haven't seen any good entries, the liquidity is very low, so i'm watching carefully.there must be a retrace to the upside at some point and this is when i'll enter.the gbpusd is still holding it's position, although i think it will plunge down also.

are you claiming to not have currently a drawdown of 55%?equity means the true value of the account, so if you were to close all of your positions now, your account balance would drop by 50.55% - please correct me if i'm wrong.

stopped on that last one.looks like i was right and the trend did change - only i wasn't quick enough to reverse my position.will look to enter shorts on the majors (eurusd, gbpusd).

check the equity percentage - it's currently at 49.45% which means 50.55% drawdown.

😁the regulation is there for a reason... and i'm sure many here would see it as a big negative point rather than an advantage.

not happening much lately, probably because of the low liquidity which usually is the case when the year ends.

metall, you do have a good point, but i don't think you need to go that far.you can spread your risk by trading conservatively or trading different instruments.i think it's very difficult to maintain several account, especially for beginners.
