Forex Growth Bot

No it's definitely not a scam:) You gotta remember that 95% of traders lose money. So the LARGE majority of people are simply wrong. One of the reasons so many people lose money with EA's is that they don't realize the subtle technical stuff that makes all the difference. One of those things is the difference between broker's, which can have a huge effect, as in this case...

It will be interesting to follow your bot Ben:-)Just keep in mind that a robot is just that, "a robot". It will always trade like a robot, NOT a person! Sure, a person could theoretically trade "like a robot"(following an algorithm), but a robot can never make discretionary decisions like a human can. Execution times and spreads will ALWAYS have an effect. The more long-term your trades the less it will of course. 30 pips would be considered a small TP by 99% of professional traders (those that make a living trading Forex, or any other instruments. usually hold positions fo...

Guys! There can be a big difference in the performance between different brokers with almost any EA, FGB is certainly included. The things you have already mentioned can surely have an effect, but in the case of FGB the PRICE FEED can have a BIG impact on performance. This bot may take trades on another broker that it doesn't here, and vice versa. I suggest going for Alpari UK, since that's the broker the developer of FGB seems to prefer. Probably for a reason...Jud

I don't mean to spam you guys, but I just thought that since I'm already here I'd let you know that we just made one of our money management accounts available on RentASignal. They seem to be really good, all of our >250 trades so far with them have been executed to perfection! We just finished our first month on there, and we had an equity growth of close to 50%. Feel free to check it out; http://rentasignal.com/signal/view/35638Anyway, I don't mean to be spammy, I just though that since you guys are all into making money, this might tingle your interest=)Jud.

If you already have an account with the broker just let Million Dollar Pips make one round of trades (you can use the lowest risk possible for that; 0.01) and afterwards you can see the execution time displayed on your chart. If you are looking for a new broker, you can just ask them what their average execution time is. You will most likely get an honest answer. But keep in mind that the execution time when trading with Million Dollar Pips will likely be substantially higher!!As a reference point, if a broker's average execution time is under 300ms, then that's excellent. 300ms - 500ms...

The Million Dollar Pips USDJPY version got hit HARD by the BOJ intervention that took place tonight. No trading system is built for unnatural market conditions like those created by an intervention. The intervention made Million Dollar Pips go absolutely crazy. Believe it or not, it opened more than 100 positions during the over 300 pip spike!! We'll keep on trading this account in the exact same way as before though, let's just hope there's a long time until the next central bank intevention...Jud.

Hi Chromeie,Actually we don't have a VPS service at all. We only make recommendations to our clients for third-party providers based on our own testing and knowledge. The reason our history is hidden is because we reserve the information about how we are trading Million Dollar Pips as well as other expert advisors for our clients. It wouldn't be fair to them if everyone could see that information and read into what we are doing. We have a private link for our clients where they can view the history.Happy trading!Jud.

Of course, some brokers might present you with "unlimited" liquidity, but then again you are not trading with the market but a broker who trades against you;)

Excellent remark Fughe, people tend to overestimate/misunderstand liquidity; what it is and how it works. Granted, the FX markets are huge, but that does not mean there's infinite liquidity, especially within the same second! You can say that liquidity is virtually endless from just a frame of a couple of seconds; where you can pretty much always get in and out as you please, but from a frame of milliseconds the picture starts to change drastically. Of course you can't expect 1000's of traders all going in the same direction at the same millisecond to get instant fills! Especially ...

Don't forget that it's also possible to do the opposite of "the million dollar pips way", and actually learn how to trade profitably like an old school trader. Not to be looking for a couple of pips in a matter of milliseconds but hundreds of pips in a matter of days. Then it doesn't really matter what broker you are using;-)

It's not really relevant unless MDP is trading, that's when all the orders are coming through at the same time and things can get pretty clogged up. Hopefully Pepperstone have provided a "wider pipe" to allow the big flow of orders to pass through more smoothly=)
