I was on his web site and found the following disclaimer: "Don't use it on pair, where you have active EA. They can make problems to each other. If you have any EA on EURUSD, don't use TrailingBot there. Use it on any other currency pair for your safety."Have you had any problems R3DWiNg using it with sPhantom?

I had a loss, but not the sPhantom EA's fault. I was using a trailing stop EA that couldn't handle the two negative trades together. Needless to say, I have removed the stoploss EA.

I thought of emailing the vendor to see if they were planning on adding a trailing stop feature. Good idea R3DWiNG. I just put a trailing stop manager on mine also.

Kudos sPhantom! In less than 2 months, and in 23 trades, it has paid for itself! 😎

This is an EA that receives the buy/sell/close signals from the vendor. The EA manages the trade while in progress. I have used a lot of fully automated EA's over the past few years (over 20 EA's). I'm the most comfortable with sPhantom. Seems we have some pretty good traders at the helm. Good job, Guys!

If you bought this EA, you can message the vendor and request the custom version. With it, you can adjust SL to whatever you feel ok with. They recommend at least 100. Mines at 150.I've been deactivating the EA during major news events, since that really impacts the currencies. You can follow scheduled news on forexfactory.com One of the biggest impacts on EUR is when ECB President Draghi speaks. I disable 1 hour before, until 1 hour after. The EA seems to trade the Asian session, for the most part. It has opened trades during London/New York sessions, but mostly Asian. News events abo...

I am having a very hard time withdrawing funds from current broker, so changing brokers. Starting with a smaller balance and all settings same as vendors. Anubis-sPhantom3

Having a very hard time withdrawing funds from this broker, so changing brokers. Moving to MBTrading. Resetting this system as Anubis-sPhantom3. Much smaller starting balance, and settings same as vendors.

All perfect reasons why profit should be withdrawn regularly. In less than a month and a half, the EA has almost paid for itself; and that's with risk set at no more than 20. Since they started in May, the EA has not hit it's SL (yet).

This EA is not a frequent trader. Will trade 3, maybe 5 times a week. You can follow their acct on myfxbook. If they have an open trade, you should too, and vice versa. BigSteve: I was having the same problem. Once I set the Hide SL TP to true, that seems to have solved it.

Uncle Steve: Request the customizable version from the vendor. They recommend a SL of no less than 100.

Hi ProActiveT,The VPS Traders Way offers is their own server. The last ping test I ran came in at 20ms. It varies though. When the market is slow, like the Asian session, the latency is a little more. During the London/US session, it's faster. I have compared the openings of the vendors trades to mine, and they are almost exactly the same each time in regards to opening/closing times.

Hello ProActiveT,Welcome to the club. I have had sPhantom for one month, and very satisfied with 22% gain. All of your settings seem to be spot on. The only problem I was having was it would open a trade immediately after closing. The trade would last only a few seconds, then close, usually at a very small loss. After emailing support, they suggested setting HIDE_SL_TP to true. Since then, no problems. Heres what else: Bring your chart history up to date, and your bars on chart up to date. Seems to run a little better with history current. In regards to leverage, I guess it depends on your ri...

Hi @borncorp.I sent you a message on your myfxbook page. It seems your EA is not opening the second trade when it needs to be. I will message you with a broker recommendation. If you go to: sphantom-Anubis2, you can follow my account which has been very close to the vendors.

I emailed them that exact same question. Why take a long position so soon after the tapering announcement. Their response, which I guess I can understand, is that they provide technical help for the EA, but does not discuss the strategy. Looks like a retracement strategy to me.

I have a confession Guys: The EA was down in the 2 trades tonight at the 6pm candle. On my account, each trade was .11 lot, and it was down well over $100. I did the naughty thing: I opened a trade in the opposite direction (the way the trend was going) for 1.5 times the 2 loosing trades, or .33 . Within 5 minutes of opening the buy position, I closed it for $100 profit. I immediately reopened another buy position for .33. At this time, it's in the negative, but eventually, no matter which way the trades move, their total balance has to approach 0, Heres my point: This EA rarely looses t...

LOL. It's pretty much a given that whenever Mario Draghi of the ECB opens his mouth, you can short the euro and make $$$. From the way I've seen sPhantom act, they generally do not trade on major new events. Comparing trade times to news events on forex factory seems to show this pattern, and I like that there is no trading on Fridays; to avoid the weekend swaps and monday's trade gap. Gives us a 3 day weekend! 😄husar2003: Are you using a broker with smallest lot size of .1? Have you considered moving to one that offers smaller lot sizes? I originally tested this EA on a ...
