Hi Jens,Any plans to continue FRPEA?Also, are you aware of any Monte Carlo tests that have been performed for this EA?I've also noticed that the merged backtest on your site for the FRPEA doesn't include some pairs, USDJPY being a notable absence.Cheers,Kyle

My apologies, it does appear that implementation is not yet complete after all, but its functionality should indeed be available before long. Thanks for the heads up!

Does anyone else have a live FX Flash account they can share? I'm not so sure I trust birt's as an accurate representation of the EA's performance due to the obvious and unattainable superiority of his broker; if it can make MDP profitable, then it certainly features trading conditions well out of the reach of anyone but institutional players.

Roznik, might you be able to tell us when the slippage is occurring? Like what dunkdenk said, slippage tends to be high during high impact news and rollovers, and this is true no matter what the broker as long as it is ECN and has real market exposure. Also, have you contacted Support yet?

Hey Roznik, welcome to the thread! As for the slippage, yeah, would like to know more about the timing. Per dunkdenk slippage is typical during high impact news and during certain periods such as market closing. Support is always happy to help in the event of atypical slippage, and I highly recommend you send them an e-mail if you think you may have been subject to this.

My apologies then. That said, you have PAMMs currently in place? Like I said, I'm definitely interested in investing some money with a couple of them given their apparent longevity and low drawdown per your MyFXBook uploads. However, I strongly prefer to have the PAMM I'm invested with hosted at ICM if at all possible due to having the preponderance of my Forex capital at that broker and its superior trading environment (especially vis a vis FXCM).

Haha, yeah, you're definitely right about that, totally missed the 2 second average duration, good catch.

Very much interested in investing some money in this seemingly robust, long term system.I don't suppose you'd consider setting up a PAMM/MAM at IC Markets?

Hi Archie,Though I recognize there is a conflict of interest in my review of IC Market's trading conditions as an IB, I can likewise affirm that they have, thus far, the best retail space trading environment that I've yet encountered. Further, IC Markets has consistently been one of the consistently highest rated brokers across many review sites. That said however, I of course recommend that people do their own due diligence and homework with small real accounts. Definitely keep us posted on the performance of your test accounts, including any issues you may encounter. IC Markets is mo...

Sounds good dunk! Glad to know that my funds can be reliably and promptly withdrawn from ICM; easily one of the most if not the most important trait of any broker; the best trading conditions in the world will avail you nothing if you can't extract your profits after all, haha.By the way, those who still can't see the IC Markets website likely need to flush their DNS.If you are having this issue, close your browsers, then flush your DNS per these instructions: http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/ClearingBrowserCache

It is ultimately up to the IB to decide how much he or she wishes to rebate back, and further, how much he or she wishes to serve his clients. Sometimes there is actual value added on the IB's side; HFT Group offers some excellent customer support for example. Always keep in mind that the size of the discount isn't always the only consideration. Further it is ultimately up to the client to research the various offerings available (much like brokers!) and decide which appeals most to him. That said, I think everyone's made their peace and we can get back to the substance of this thre...

I sincerely hope that there's no hard feelings.I'm definitely interested in hearing more details Relaxtrader; if the greater performance was due to better trade conditions as opposed to differing feeds, I would be surprised.Further, how long did your Autotrade account run at ICM?

Jon, per my PM to you, I agree I should have showed the courtesy of being explicit about ICM's no IB swapping policy sooner than I was, and I apologize to both you and steve for this. Furthermore, I entirely agree with you that clients should remain with their initial IBs regardless of broker policy out of a sense of propriety and fairness; it's only right.Above all, it is not my intent to knowingly promote my IB deal to the existing clients of other IBs.
