you'll exhaust yourself if you dont sleep. been there done that.for years now i been using the weekly and daily to find setups and 4hr or 1hr for entries.i just check every few hours to either enter or exit. and i am always offline 2hrs before NY close and untill london open.2-5 trades a month is all i get but its more than enough to make money

i have a monthly goal for my self. its easier to manage and less pressure to perform. i ussually achieve my goal within the first 1-2 weeks of the month but i dont trade much. 5-10 trades per month.if you want to win, be patient and zoom out your charts, if you have a daily goal, make it 10 pips a day not %if you have a monthly goal, set something low 10-15% you will see how easy it is to make it. a succesfull company makes 20% per year, so dont look at 10-15% per month as low, dont be gready and be patient.you will waste your time and money trying to go big instead se a 2 or 3 year target ins...

i;ve been with regulated brokers (not if the first class) they are kidna good. just switched my accounts to saxo and oanda.nothign beats them, they are more expensice based on comitions ans spread but dont care.customers service, suppport, security, are top notch.+ a ton of extra features that no one esle has.

the problem is that its easy to gain 10x in a matter of mitues and loose it all in seconds. that easy money mindset is what destroyes allsteady and slow is the keypersonally i either take 1% swing trades or a lot of scalps per day (10-15) at 0.1%. i loose about 20% of my trades, i get break even about 30% of the time i win about 50% of the time of at least 1.5r

one day i was trying to blow the demo, i had 10k in it.i made it to 190k with 5 trades within 1 houri was just trading to the direction i would normally trade but with the max possible available lotsnone of the trades went against me even for a pipbut this is the exception to the rulei suppose it can happen but it is just luck in the end
