I've had an amazing couple of trading days and have far exceeded my goals. I'm currently on track to double my account from $200 to $400 this month while still being mindful of risk management. Interestingly, my success rate is below 50%, but I'm still able to generate decent profits. This is primarily due to my focus on proper money management and risk control.

What to anticipate for the month of April:I reached the $200 milestone in just 8 trading days. However, my objective is to double my account balance every month. Hence, I will be reducing my risk and trading less frequently to achieve my goal. With 20 trading days left, I will not rush it and instead aim for fewer trades with minimal drawdown and increased accuracy.Here we go!

As we approach the conclusion of this week, I am pleased to report that the results have exceeded my expectations, with the recent bullish spikes in GOLD yielding a greater profit than anticipated. @Professional4X There is nothing I can say, because you summed it up perfectly. I preach Patience and Discipline and it is exactly that, that caused my downfall.However, with all due respect I will disagree with one thing you said.... I will do this again and the next account I start-up from a very small base will NOT be blown, because I have learned a very, very valuable lesson here.Your post ad value to me as a part-time forex trader and motivate me to become a better trader, which I know I can be.Thank you for your analyses and time spend on this.

So, I tried to hedge my way out of a very unexpected move by GBPUSD and the hedge got stopped out all the time due to volatile price movement, which led to the current draw down I'm in. I cannot close the order, because then I'll face a 50% loss on the account so I have to ride this hedge until I reach a BE point on the 4 open buy orders. The short that hedges the 4 buy orders also got stopped out during Asian session so I have another ending short about 20 pips away from current price. All I can hope for is that GBP's CPI result this morning will push the price bullish far enough ...

And that brings us to the end of another week. Not as good as I was expecting, but I'm glad I at least closed in the green. For the week +1.31% and overall gain is +305.96%. My acc balance is at least above $600, which was my target last week.My max draw down is still in tact and I don't see that I'll get near that again, but it has happened before so as the saying goes: "Never say Never" :-)Happy weekend all!

As anticipated GBPJPY had an awesome bullish spike this morning hitting my TP at 146.60 and banking 37.78% profit for the day pushing me back to just over 300% profit total gain. With my total acc also back above $600 I will now chase $700.Tomorrow I'll be looking to trade GBPUSD and USDCAD. I'll bank whatever profit I can take and will not push for $700 tomorrow - that can wait till next week.

#GBPJPY - If you are one of my signal followers you will notice I have 3 open orders on GBPJPY. So where do I see this pair go? Well, my TP is at 146.60, however I see this pair heading towards 147.00 region tomorrow or Friday. I will keep my TP level for now where it is, because I want to bank some profit before I place more orders.Hopefully the Asian session will push through my TP level otherwise I'll have to wait for the London session's volume to push the momentum bullish.
