When your Sony flatscreen TV has a glitch and then Sony goes and fixes it - do you go to forums and call Sony scammers or do you thank them for their customer service?With us it seems that you took the former approach rather than the latter. Agreed. This is why we invested so much effort, time and money in our own ECN bridge and there are more surprises on the way ;)Having said that, if Oanda works for you, then we wish you best of luck trading with them humbly hoping that when considering additional broker you'll give our ECN a try on live accounts.

Yes, after we verified this we understood that this affected all demo accounts not just of this group as we initially thought. That's again us coming forward and acknowledging errors.Anyways, please all refer to this thread to see accounts that complained and were dealt with. I have pulled all of your accounts statements and the result is quite interesting.You had 5 micro accounts and one standard.The bonus you are mentioning is $10 for being in the top 100. It was credited to you 30 times (including 5 times two bonuses) for your trading out of which 5 times the bonus was removed due to a double crediting error. Not to mention the $25 welcome bonus on each account which you received but surprisingly wasn't 'stolen'.In one of the accounts you were churning therefore $1.58 were deducted...All in all you had a tiny deposit in all of these 6 accounts combin...
