I always think that trsding lower timeframes can bring much more profits, however there are some traders, or investrs who can earn solid sums of money due to trading on W1 timeframes and higher. Everything here depends on your skills and the general wishes. If you were dreaming about becoming a good investor, then perhaps it won't be difficult for you to trade higher timeframes and earn good sums of money. Anyway, I got used to suppose that investing requires solid sums of money initially in order to get a good percent from your investments. That's why I prefer trading lower timeframes...

Well, I notice that lots of traders rely on luck and their beliefs in trading activity, while I can't claim that it's okay for a trader. As far as i concerned, according to my experience, emotions will always prevail over your mind in trading. The return effect can be reached only if you're in trading for several years of even decades, when you know this activity in details and know all the peculiarities of the market price changes. Of course, you can minimize the affection of emotions on your mind and your trading style, but it requires plenty of practicing. Try to concentrate on trading regardless your emotions, forget about them at all. It might help you to setup your organism correctly.

In my opinion, if you don't have any time o dedicate to trading activity but you want to earn some extra money, then EAs aren't the best choice, because you're a rookie in trading. I don't know if you've managed to find a broker that fits all your demands... But I agree with the commentator earlier who wrote about choosing a broker with a good reputation.
