@goode - I just ran backtest on EURUSD while having trades open on EURUSD but my trade still open on live account. I backtested in visual mode using optimized setfile. I don't see how the MT4 strategy tester would encounter control of your Live trades. If you attach EA to chart while having live trade without turning OFF autotrade, REP can close the trade because you haven't loaded any settings yet, so values are all zero, this means if you have autotrade ON and no settings selected, SL and TP are zero and the EA would close any open trade at gain or loss. Use a PercentageRisk = 1.6 will match this account. The advantage can be different exit strategies resulting in different closing prices. This means more diversification. For example 0.5 Lot use InitiateTrailing at 39 pips, and 0.80 Lot use InitiateTrailing at 45 pips and this results in different pip gains. If you have large account, you can divide your risk across several settings. Such as, 1 chart trading Majors Optimized setting with 0.5 PercentageRisk and 1 chart trading the UNI settings with 0.5 PercentageRisk. This account has been trading a new system called Ilan2.015. I have developed the system from scratch. It trades 7 pairs , or can trade up to 7 pairs from one chart, which makes it very easy to setup and use. Today, I reanalyzed all the coding and made a few minor changes. This account is trading a scalping logic with a 1.5 lot multiplier for recovery. This is still a project that will take another week or two because I'll be including several variations of logic like I've enabled in both KelternFlow and RevEnginePro. The backtests will be on myfxbook once KeltnerFlow is released, I just finished a running version and I wanted to get it on an account asap to see how it works. if you can risk 10 pips to make 10 pips with 95% win ratio, you can compound after each win and make a lot of money, but how much duration between each trade? Everyday, once a month, or a few trades a year? @growthera Maybe a combination of Profitability Ratio, Pip Expectancy, Average Win , Average Loss .Trade Duration

I am also running on many currency pairs. I didn't expect to get some action within the first few hours. USDCAD resulted in some nice gains and now you can see the dynamic SL and TP working and closing logic working well.

@Talanan - rrfxREP.mqh was removed in version 1.2 ( you won't need it now). slippage of 50 points is equal to 5 pips. I am using this value as default to prevent partial close of position on ECN broker. If slippage is less than 50 points sometimes a 1.0 lot position becomes a partial order such as 0.70 lot and 0.30 lot resulting in different closing prices. In most cases at most brokers, you can use a slippage setting of under 30 ( 3 pips).

@Talanan Unlimited license! This allows you to trade at any broker and any trading account of yours. There is no difference in the software besides the license type.

CurrencyPair EA parameter , you type in "UNI" and this will load the universal setfile automatically. The template ( Step #1 ) will load the EA and indicator to your chart automatically, but you still need to setup EA external parameters ( Step #2) with press F7 on keyboard or right click mouse on chart to access "Expert Advisors / Properties". Once you finish EA setup, resave the Template and now you can reuse template on all pairs without step two. The template has memory and will save all your EA settings.
