my Win / loss ratio is distorted by a lot of scratch trades that i kill near 0 + my main strategy is around index spreads which defacto always involves a winning and loosing trade at the same time (for example i go long Nasdaq short Russel)

I guess it's also possible via Myfxbook somehow; you should ask their support how to set it up.
Also some brokers offer special accounts where other traders can follow your trades or invest into it (PAMM-/RAMM-/MAM-/Copy-Accounts).
