How would you pay a transaction if you can't get money for three days? It would be a banking nightmare, and perhaps even a legal nightmare. And triggering such a closure would have extreme economic consequences that are lightly way worse than the the fall itself.

UK economy continue strong with a contruction PMI beating estimates above 55. When the May comments settle, the pair might head towards 1.30 again. Even the oil boost is good for the UK economy.

Strong jobless data. Unemployment and participation data for the US next month will be interesting. If we see improvement, even a November hike could be on the table as Yellen said it is a live meeting with eyes on continued job improvements.

I smell 1.31. Quite a few bad numbers, not just CPI today. What will keep the pair higher is a weaker USD, not a stronger GBP.

Improvements to Machine Orders and tools, expect some improvements in industrial production as well. Don't see the BoJ do anything at its next meeting, but take a wait and see approch and keep the door open. Don't see the Fed do anything either because of the bad macro numbers lately, especially ISM. But rather just say its a very strong case for a rate hike, but do to the development lately they choose to play it safe and hold off till the next meeting.That makes a case for a USDJPY back below 100.Brainard and Lockhart could surprise with some very strong rate hike support speech late...

Dependig on BoJ, the pair could revisit 100 mark easily. All poor data from around the globe makes the JPY pretty attractive.

True ECN type brokers doesn't cover your trades themselves, they make money from your volume. The more you profit, the more volume you can have. If you lose all your money, you stop trading.Market makers tend to profit from your losses.Never blindly trust a tip from anyone. There is no such thing as a 100% chance they will be profitable.

say the price is 1.00 and you sell. Price goes to 1.01 and you sell again with a larger size. Price goes futher and you increase again. It is common to cap the increase, so say you just go for 6 trades and with a doubling in this example, now you have a 63 times larger size than you started off with, at an average of 1.03.Compare to a buy and hold strategy, it would actually be the same if you start with 1/63 the size you would if you opened one position at 1.03.Nothing prevents you from having a stop-loss or use other ways to limit your losses.
