20-30 pips a day is about normal for eur/usd, although I don't set limits on the amount of pips I make, some trades are 200 pips over a few days, I do control my stops though with most 10-15 pips or less, sometimes I move my stops up to take 50% or 75% all depends on chart pattern ,everyone has their own setup and it takes experience to run a trade to its max ,sometimes you will get it perfect, sometimes you wont.

Euro getting a bit of a boost today against the Dollar, rumor of a deal might be helping it plus NA traders back in today, we have a long from 1.12189 yesterday.

average pip moves on eur/usd is 25-30 at least,wouldn't risk anymore than 15-20 on a stop, might help.

Good advice from above, for someone new ,one currency is more than enough to begin with eur/usd is a good place to start, be careful trading weak against strong because its delayed data, we trade up to the news/data and after, some scalping on the release,I like to trade Gold to when its below 12.

I will be waiting for a re test of Fridays low around 1340 ish for Longs, not much news today apart from Merkel, gold lower and stocks expected to open higher usually means stronger dollar.

More sell off on the Euro,back down to earlier levels, 1.1450 will be first area of interest for Longs to come back in ,saying that Us stocks not so hot so a jump across to cash might do for now.
90% are loser ..why ?
