It doesn't matter what the strategy is, if you aren't using effective Risk Management then you are putting your investments at risk.Risk Management should ALWAYS be the highest priority.

Trading on emotions causes things such as revenge trading and over trading in general and blown accounts.Focus on Risk Management as the #1 priority above all else when it comes to investing.If a person has a problem suppressing their emotions, then they should AUTOMATE those systems that are impacted by the emotions of the trader. Emotions have NO PLACE in trading.

FA = Fundamental AnalysisTA = Technical AnalysisFA and TA should Both be given equal consideration for analysis, with a primary focus on Risk Management for the account.To focus only on FA and ignore the information from TA is a massive mistake and is one of many contributing factors to people losing money in the markets. To be profitable an investor needs to consider ALL available information and manage their risks appropriately.

Absurd...... Spread? Spread is generally irrelevant unless you're a scalper that requires very low spreads.If that's the case, then you need to reconsider your trading strategy and get a better broker.

"Best Trade" could mean a lot of different things to different people.For some it could simply mean a ticket that has a large number of +PIPS profit, for others it could have been a series of trades providing coverage of bad tickets with good tickets which ultimately provide for an aggregate profitable basket.Success and Best are subjective to ones own viewpoint. :)
