A new test account - Broker seems to be unregulated - No slippage so far! Let's see how this develops ....Commission is 7 USD per 100.000 USD traded, spread is extremly low, often only 0.2 pips, usually below 0.8 pips.Happy trading everybody!Fred

@Wahjay: Ob both my accounts shown in my profile OpenTime is about 500 ms, execution/modificationTime both approx. 350 ms or less. According to my experience and watchiing MDP trade, OpenTime up to 1s is still ok, but ModificationTime should be below 500 ms, at least. The higher this time is the less SO I would use.Some here boast much faster times and I am still on the lookout for such fast brokers.Everybody: Please PM for good brokers, should be regulated, preferably FSA UK. There might have been some other problem on your hard-/software-side, but always remember that for MDP at least, demo results don't match real live results.CiaoFred

I would recommend to set AutoAdjustECN to false, but UseStopOrder and HardStopTrailing to true. Risk is up to you. Most people here also reduce the MaxSimultaneousOrders setting and up the risk instead.You noticed yourself that you didn't have trades lately on Thinkforex. Did you check the trade journal for errors? Probably orders could not be opened because of price changes. Thinkforex is too slow in opening of orders and in modification of S/L, in my opinion and what I heard.Could you provide a link to a good real account using Thinkforex?People here don't like telling their broker, ...

+ 15.5 pips on 2nd broker, nothing on first.2nd broker is gaining ground again. I hope this continues. I suspect I had too many Metatraders running on the VPS at the same time, slowing MDP. Let's see if it is better now and many pips will be rolling in again at 2nd broker as well. 😄CheersFred

MDP version 1.2 does not trade that often. Maybe another reason could be that FXDD is not suitable for MDP, for example because the price-feed is smoothed. Try default-settings and wait some more. If everybody else is having trades, but not you, FXDD is not suitable.Fred.

It is not a secret (see my profile), that my 1st broker is IBFX, it works fine. 2nd broker is hidden, because it used to be even better.Did anybody have positive or less negative results today?

2 waves of trades lately, 1st broker -16.5 pips total, 2nd broker -35.3. Performance has deteriorated on 2nd broker 😞

crashev is right. I had come to the same conclusion for my settings.But since ForexMentor is complaining about "freeloaders" and is not sharing much himself, he should figure out the settings and the meaning of the warnings for himself. 😝Sometimes a look in the manual will also help ...

Good results today again on both brokers: +36 pips (4 trades), + 25 pips (3 trades).Reading here and in other forums is a good thing, not to find the perfect settings somewhere, but to understand how this system works and then derive your own settings. That's how I made my settings which work for me. (I don't think the default settings are best). But don't expect winnings every day and don't change the settings after every loss.Concerning Alpari NZ: Are they different than Alpari UK? MDP works only poorly on Alpari UK, because of stop-levels, slow price-feed and order execution...

I agree, the dishonest market maker-brokers are even worse and make you loose, because they not only want the spread of your trade but your whole trade-loss as their gain.

That's what takes them so much time opening a client's order, they simply have to hedge first and that's why some broke...
