Dear,

I encountered the wrost backtesting resulting with EURUSD M15, Jan-Jun2012 using Pro 2.3.
i am using the deafult setting from your dispatched package.

Is it normal? or my setting is incorrect?

Please advice.

I'm not sure what is the reason of such results. Please, try to use different timecorrection parameter values as well as set UseDST equal to false.

Hello, i sent an email last week about trades that hyper pro did on my live account. My trades was simmilar to yours but your trade closed in a 1.7 pip profit and mine in a 30 pip loss. Here's the email that was sent.

I would like to know a few things, on your live account you have a usdjpy trade that closed in a profit. On my live Dukascopy acc i have the same trades but my usdjpy trade is still open in 41 pip loss so far.

This is a big loss for me so far around $1600. I would like to know when the ea opens a trade does the signal come from your server or the ea that we installed on our platform.This is very important to me as scalping orders need to be fast.

It makes big differencies between 1.7 pip gain, and 30 pips loss, it is 3.17% loss on the Deposits???? Please can you explain this because I want to buy this EA in the next few days????

Hello, Sir. The deal is that ea trades with some difference on different brokers. The better spreads you have the better chance that the trade will be closed earlier. This time, it was closed on some brokers like FxOpen and Pepperstone, but wasn't on Dukascopy. To get the best result with our ea you need to use the brokers with the best spreads.

Да не хилый был слив части депо. Вы его собираетесь оптимизировать? Или только хотите продавать и получать партнерский спред? Да и прибыли до слива небыло практически не какой в банке и то дают тот же годовой процент.

Здравствуйте. Начнем с того, что 6% это не слив. Слив это, если процентов 30 от депозита ушло... Мы ПОСТОЯННО! оптимизируем и модифицируем наши системы. Другое дело, что не все эксперименты оказываются удачными и доходят до стадии релиза.

Regarding Pepperstone broker. Which service do you recommend for this EA. Razor or Razor EDGE

i think Razor EDGE has lower comisions than Razor, but i am not sure if the average spread is better

I recommend you to use old Razors accounts, as ea works a little bit better with them. The bad news is Pepperstone will remove old Razor accounts soon and change them to the new Razor EDGE.

Would be good if you can include news filter for upcoming versions since the last big lost happened on Jul 10th was caused due Bernanke speech.

Hello, Jorge. We diffenetely should change this system. It's not only about a news filter, but something that makes it much more profitable... Currently, we are making several experiments, but, as for now, we haven't find any solution.
