Hi, I purchase the EA a few weeks ago and I have been sending emails to the email on the website but I get no replies. So far the EA I receive does not work at all and I am asking for assiance but no replies. Please have someone get back to me as I already made payment for the EA but now I do not hear back from anyone from the company.
