Anyone can gamble with demo money. That is what this competition is... traders gambling with fake money. Look at the statistics with 38% of gamblers getting margin called. Would you be trading the same way with real money? I somehow doubt it.
You got your high % gain because you backed the right horse and that was gold tanking because of $ strength and market pricing in a possible double-dip recession.

Nice job of trading... you played well. Your trades look well chosen, and I think if Gold had been rising... you would have bought it. In fact, on the Silver trades, I think you were long about half the time. Consistent trading doesn't just happen by accident. ;) Well done.

Totally agreed because that is what everyone else was doing!
Well done on winning 1st prize. You are showing great potential, but please don't treat your newly funded account the same way you did in this competition. Your trade calls were excellent, but the money management sucked...lol. But as you stated, in order to win this competition you had gamble and it paid off.
I wish you much success with your trading on your newly funded account.

When you feel no difference btwn demo account and real one only then you may consider yourself ready to trade. Why 95 % of my money should stay put if i'm dead sure of my trade. It's not a money management but prolonging an agony of green trader account. The end the same.
Repeat results of vushtrri at least a half good as that on any account then it would give you a half right to judge:)

Any suggestions how you did your trades? I'm not asking exactly when and how to enter/exit but rather how do you manage your trade once you are loaded? Do you monitor your trades 24/5 or do you have some rules when to get your trades into BE. And when do you exit etc?
