Yes, I think psychology is the most important aspects in forex trading and I agree money is the main reason for trading emotionally.Per your recommendation that is to "forget about the money", can you also suggest how to do that? I believe most traders know we need to not thinking about money but just don't know how.Looking forward to your advises.

1000% a week is hard for both demo and live accounts. This account can't make 1000% at all because it's 50:1 leverage. My goal for this account is 100% a month.

To me, most systems can make money. However, only the traders who can manage their emotion well can really make profits from trading. I trade the same system for many years and only make money when I can manage my emotion well and lost huge when I am trading emotionally out of control.

I really appreciate this thread and all your posts. They help me so much and I need to learn, improve myself from your advices because I always want to get right it to earn what I just lost back after being stopping out.I must think getting stopped out is one of the right thing, instead of thinking I am wrong. I should also walk away from the computer for a while just like Affi2 post.Anyway, I can trade well when I can control my emotion and trade terrible when I am trading emotionally. Must improve myself on this area which is the hardest part of Forex trading.

I agree. I must trade better patiently and wait for the best trading opportunities to reduce the ups and downs. My current winning ratio is under 60% and my goal is to trade better with 75% or higher winning.

Well, Forex trading is very easy to get in but very difficult to be mastered. I received a lot of messages asking my trading strategy. I believe Forex trading has very little to do with trading strategy (of course, we need one that is profitable). It's a mental game. I am now trading a live account with 200:1 leverage which was impossible for US clients in the past. However, the spread on live account is a lot higher than demo or even different than the spread on their website. The spread I am trading is about 2.3 pips while their website states it as low as 1.3 pips. Every pip means 1% for me because I am trading 100:1 leverage. If I make 100 trades, it will cost me 100% or more (because I compound my trades). fxbootstraps, Great point on demo account performance. I keep saying that I have no experiences trading live accounts on this broker because they don't accept US clients. I can only hope the trading conditions on live account should be as good as on demo for the same performance I have done 5 times here with 1 loss.I also agree with you that risk/money management is one of the most important aspects of Forex trading. Just traded an account from $2,999 as the 2nd try of the above margin call account. Got it back to a little above $10K.
