I dont see any failure here in the EA.its a martingale, its designed to produce a margin call sooner or later (we prefer this option :))and you know what? we hit a MC... wow... what a suprise... exactly what the EA plan to do at any time!!!sorry, I dont cry, the EA is great, correctly balanced etc... and I continue to use it, remember the recommendations?* play with half your capital only, if you hit a MC, restart using the saving account* withdraw at a regular basis the profitthats itfollows the FE (and any martingale) rules and you'll win.

its far from a SCAM.sorry to ear that you put in during the worst week ever seen for all martingale systems.you have to send more info the the team, the trade history, to proove you use the recommended configuration to get the refund. the refund is available ONLY if you are using the long cycle and the account correctly funded based on the minimum recommended.if you dont follows the rules and kill your account... its your responsibility, you cant blame themits like opening a manual trade, loosing and asking the broker to refund because its not normal that the market dont makes you a win... sca...

we really are under a unique market scenario.the totalgrid guy publish some stats,98.5% of the trades are closed before the level 11 (which could be like a level14 or 15 in FE)currently the TG account is at the level 13. (or a missing level 17 in FE) the max hitted during back tests was 14, so we are near the record...the market is in a very rare case, the probability of having this market is less than 0.5%!!! I'm using totalgrid too, and I already got a margin call, quicker than FE.I found FE better balanced for the lot size and TP points.but the overall management of totalgrid is superior and should protect the account more than FE does.but both are martingale and can suffer MC quickly...I think the market will come back to good movement next week. the strenght cant continue like this.

unfortunatly we cant associate the big moves on the market to a FE bug...there is no pullback on a lot of pairs for many days. with or without bugs in FE, all the accounts are stressed a lot.its like the sell / buy strength has completly changed on the market, and nobody is here to try to counter the trend.we have to except a flat market tomorrow and some actions or news to raise the pull backs...

1 solution is to have 2 accounts:1 big with the risk factor lower than 1 (so a target of 5 / 6% per month)and a second one, small one, with higher risk (target 50% per month) and withdraw the profits into the big account as quickly as possible.when the small one is killed, restart it by moving money from the big one into the small one...I try this and the account was killed in 2 days ;-)

not lucky, I also lost 2 accounts there is 2 days ago. (audusd + usdcad + eurusd... 2 pairs in the sky for me, too much for the accounts!)I was a bit too aggressive (no news filter, risk factor higher than 1)

BB you are still a bit too agressive... (I'm a developper and I know what's a bug and when somebody say I have a bug, its certainly true, but sometimes more investigation is required as the bug is not always where we think it was....)its not because I'm saying that I dont suffer the issue that the bug doesn't exists.I'm just sharing my experience, and the only bug I suffered was the audusd one.I dont have other issues with my instaforex accounts.part of the solution to potential bug or broker related issue is to spread your money into different brokers.you can suffer a bug ...

First, we know we'll lost the account. when? sometimes quickly, sometimes later...I got a MC in the first 2 weeks after I start my account, like you, just underfound one. the missing money was what was required to get a good profit...(it was with v2)Second, the minimum recommended is the minimum no matter the risk factor setup. the risk factor is usefull only when you have more capital than the minimum and you want to reduce your risk. (or if you raise the risk factor to increase the profit)I'm using instaforex and I do not have special issue on any pair. the broker accept all my trade...

v3 has the negative basket protection. so nothing to do.also, use this indicator:http://umeku.com/fx/basketExposure/to track the FE activity and identify negative baskets.and go to the official FE forum to get a script which can be used to move the TP of a batch of trades.but again v3 do it itself (except the audusd bug)

AUDNZD could suffer a huge spread from the broker (could be 10 or more). also take a look at the minimum pips to place a TP value. if the minimum is 30 pips and FE try to place a TP at 25pips, the EA will fail to place the TP.

did you say that you have a negative day?are you using the v2 or v3?in v2, you have to monitor the account has negative basket could occurs frequently IF your broker is slow or many requotes. else the problem is smallAUDUSD could have a problem in v3. else the megative protection works fine.Except these 2 cases, I never got any negative batch. its always a success and profit :)

Yep, I understand this.your responses are so quick.the time & effort you spend in answering questions is more than excellent, and its why I'll continue to use your EA on a real account.I allready send you a suggestion of not moving the TP after a new trade is opened, so we can move the TP of a batch without having the EA moving back to the initial (loosing) TP.

ok... the EA is interesting and can produce good results.but the trade manager as to be improved.Compared to ForexEnvy, this EA can produce negative batches and there is no negative basket protection in it.and worse then this... we can't change the TP of the trades to solve the problem, because the EA always move back the TP to the previous negative point!!!!very very very bad.for example, my AUDNZD has 12 trades now in the same direction, the other pairs are in freeze after TP mode, very good.but the anticipated result for the audnzd batch is -20% of my account!!! ouch.... while the batc...

KangarooEA for sure ! I start testing totalgrid (free, martingale like FE. just paid through IB so no rebates)also check eareview.net and bestforexrobots.net for a list of EAs.FX Unicorn, Volatility Factor 4 and Packard Tresor appear to be interesting... as they are new, better to wait a little...
