Anyone who is following both this and my FXCM IB account will by now have noticed that there are different trades coming through. Now, here's the interesting thing.Whenever a trade is placed on the FXCM IB platform that the Alpari demo platform misses the Alpari platform is generating a "cannot login [ No Connection ]" message.Coincidence? I think it's unlikely, looks to me like Alpari are running the robot and dropping the connection every time a trade is triggered by it.

Okay, you need to use the MyFxBook EA rather than publisher. You can see how to do it here.http://www.myfxbook.com/help Look for Enabling Magic Numbers and CommentsThen you need to modify the account in Portfolio in MyFXBook to show magic numbers and comments.You can also add the names against the magic numbers here.Once you've done that you can add a custom analysis to split them out on your graph and save it!

The only instructions are the ones that come with FWRC. It claims to be five different scalping strategies in one robot and also claims to be trying to catch trend reversals.

ah okay, well that's a relief.Yes we do seem to have different pip counts, however I'm guess we started it at different times which may have contributed to some of the differences. Also, it looks as though you are running a high risk 0.05 lots on that account size?Are you running the Straasha strategy on there?

Seems a little silly to offer it for sale seeing as you can get a refund after 30 days anyway. My guess is you are not being offered a genuine version of it.

I would imagine they "optimised" them with FXCM over a coffee during the meeting where FXCM agreed to sponsor the competition.

My main trading account is with Dukascopy, yes because they are ECN and have the best spreads and liquidity. I just bridge across from MT4 to that account to trade.2% in 2 days is good going. 1% per day compounded over one year gives you roughly a 1000% increase in equity. Providing the equity curve is relatively stable I'm happy with it so far.Of course they ratcheted up the risk on the live account for promotional purposes. Jason,I'm using the default settings except for lot size, which I've scaled up to match my account balance. I've also disabled Straasha as I don't like Martingale systems.I don't see any point in setting up individual trials for the top three as they are part of fusion, other than as a cross check. I would love to set up multiple scenarios, however I'm somewhat limited in my VPS resources. I'm currently running five installations of MT4, with at least one more planned for a basket strategy version of Cast Iron Man I'm working on and on top of that I'm also running Dukascopy's Jforex platform which is a hungry beast.I set it up for Alpari as that is the broker that I would run it with should I decide to use it on a live account ( and I would not be running it on an Alpari live account, I would bridge the trades across to Jforex from this Alpari demo account ).I've ...

Didn't have it switched to public for magic number analysis. Should be able to do that now as well.LMD is similar to my own Cast Iron Man in that it doesn't win often but when it does it's worth it. I think over time it will prove to be successful.
