Hi Maximiliano and Osama,If you're getting an "off quotes" message, it's possible your Max Deviation setting is too low. Since FXCM uses 5-digit pricing (fractional pips), every 10 points for the Maximum Deviation is equivalent to one pip. If you adjust your Max Dev in the Order window, that should solve the problem. This indicates that by the time the order reached the system for execution, the current market price was outside the maximum deviation you specified for the order. Hello egyptnile and Marian,As bebasasia mentioned, please increase the maximum deviation and it should reduce the occurrence of the off-quote message. I would suggest increasing it to 10 or 20 which would indicate a maximum deviation of 1-2 pips. The off-quote message will appear if the market price has moved outside of the maximum deviation range by the time the order is received. If you receive the Off-Quote message, it means the market price is different from the price you requested in your order. Hi Airborn_trading,Off-quotes can appear on MT4 if the market price moves negatively beyond the price you specified in the max deviation setting and your order cancels. What I would suggest is increasing the maximum deviation to either 10 or 20. This would allow you 1.0 or 2.0 pips of flexibility in case the market price has changed by the time your order has been received for execution.
