I agree that it would be ideal if things worked this way. However, the issue is that a broker can increase the spread for a specific trader to a ridiculous amount without affecting other traders. It happened to me a few months ago and recently happened to someone else that I know. The broker was referred to me by someone who has been in the forex trading industry for decades and had a history with the broker. I also read every review that I could find on the broker and there were no similar complaints. Had I not taken a screenshot of the spread I am sure that the spread increase would have...

Very true. I was just looking into a regulated broker outside of the US and there were many complaints from people who requested a withdrawal. Weeks had gone by and all that received were excuses. I had an incident with one of my secondary brokers increasing my spread to 100 pips during the US to Tokyo rollover. I had 31 active positions and they wiped out my account. I posted this in the broker review section about Trader's Way a few months ago. I asked them to address the issue and have yet to receive a single response.

I've repeatedly had the same issue with their charts freezing as well, but the worse happened when they STOLE my entire account balance last week. I had dozens of open trades (heavy on GBPAUD positions). During the rollover, Trader's Way increased the spread on my GBPAUD positions to 100 pips and wiped out my entire account! I am supposed to have an ECN account and receive low spreads. I also have two other non-ECN brokers and their spreads were no where close to 100 pips. I trade GBPAUD daily and know quite well what the spreads typically look like during the rollover, news event...

I thought the demo account was supposed to start at $50,000. Mines started at $5,000 and my account is in AUD instead of USD.

I am having the same issue. I cannot place an order or add a new chart. The place order function just displays a blank screen. I have restarted the app and get the same results.

I was in a nice profit as well until Myfxbook support messaged me. I was using the Tenko demo account, which logged me in automatically instead of the separate login credentials emailed by Myfxbook. That may be you issue as well...you are using the demo account instead of the contest account.

Hi,I entered a trading contest; however, my results are not appearing in the contest results widget. The widget displays a message that I have not taken any trades, which is incorrect. Can anyone help?Thx!
