How to find Great Traders for invest/copy?

There is very small chance that you will find good trader to copy, as they don't share signals. The only one chance is to find broker that provide such feature, but you will pay high comission to that profi-trader, so it's better to learn trade on your own and develop your skills.

The main reason for the massive failure is advertising. Novice traders are very gullible and intoxicated by the prospect of QUICK and EASY earnings in a few steps.In fact, the modern Forex market is indeed a unique place where absolutely everyone can earn big money. The only problem here is that this is not so simple.

Usually from comissions and spreads, so basically each time you play, that's why they really should be interested in fair play, but sometimes that doesn't really happen so what to do with all that is up to you. If you look at scam stories it's something with leverage as well.

Amazing broker been trading with them now from last two years. I have to say that i never had any problem with the execution . They have always provided me the customer support in terms of withdraw and deposits. Its true that there are many failures in the forex market, just as is it true that there are people who find the market to be a gold mine and actually make a living out of trading. The problem with us traders is that we want to be rich too quickly and ignore the basics that we should learn in order to be successful. Just be diciplined and you'll be among the few winners

I would say ability to bring somewhat good and consistent profit during some amount of time like for exameple one year or even more maybe for quite long periods of time. Other way you are probably an amateur based on skill or so. Please do so as well.
