I do hope so. but 1.300 was dieing quite a few times. there is scenario it can drop below 1.3300 and then consolidate and finally break it... I prefer not to think too much. Let's see hpw Sunday/ Monday turns out.

I would say shorting jpy pairs is extremely bad idea... I hope my trade continues. in any case, i am not shorting such things. Daily closed above 1.3300. and it's been consolidating in small range.

This is not a point. and it is too early to say btw. I am developing skills and even 20-30% annually I would consider good results especially if I can do it consistently. I am not in this to turn $1000 into million. If you cannot read what I write you are a damn fool, period. I am here to show good risk control, returns, money management, develop as a trader to become a pro. So your comments are foolish as always. I do make pips btw. You cannot do what i do but I can do what you do btw...

come on, Godzilla comparison, lol. I think scalping and longer term tarding require different mind set. Just a year ago I could considered 20-40 pips a great trade. Now I see it as BE. Me and the Pooh are on different planes of trading. we cannot be compared. I like your consistency comment. i am very consistent in cutting losses hence i am still trading same money after long time while many guys have to deposit every time they blew account like Guru dude does. TROTtrader, i am not the one here to swing dick and I am not an egotistical animal. I just pointed how ridiculous it is to think that 45% monthly can be done with low risk. Again, foolish comment. I am not a scalper and i am not trading and learning to make $1000 into million. I leave my trades for hours unattended. I am longer term trader, but I do can scalp. But I do it not in FX. I am developing skills for other reasons. Hence my low leverage. Now it looks like everything has been said. Enjoy the weekend.

for example. e/u now at around 1.3350. I am in trade with some 70-80 pips and risking 130 pips originally equal 1%. I did move stop to BE plus 20 pips as I decided to not let profitable trade turn a complete BE. but I do not feel it is good idea to take partial profit yet. at minimum 1:1 and better 2:1. it is just math. e/j I took half off cause the pair might be overextended and I wanted to cover a couple of losers to keep account up. The problem is how do we know where is the maximum. The problem at the period of my trading for 6 months first account was that market all but one month was in range. bad conditions. I have been 3-4 times up to 250 pips in profit from e/u and got not a penny. all BE cause i was following rules which I think were too strict in this regard. account was many times in floating profit from at least 5 to maximum 22% . so, I decided to restart on new account and start using some improvements especially profit taking part. if you check my first posted account you will see how cutting losses and not taking profits can bring account down. even small losses added up. hence, same principle should apply towards profit taking. At least I hope so.

Generally my recent problems were related to my refusal to take profits looking for more. I incorporated it into this approach. Taking first profit is mechanical, protecting still plus small profit is automatically. the rest left to run until either stop making new highs or just a lot of on the table 😄 My main task is to manage the profitable half the rest is rules.

oil is 5 pips spread on FXPrimus.
